Liquid State CD ready on CD Baby…

Finally the Liquid State CD is ready on CD Baby… links on the music page.

creative possibilities and the harpejji

I don’t remember how I discovered this new musical instrument, but it’s very cool.. it’s called the harpejji.  Right now it’s very expensive… but the idea behind it is very appealing to me anyway.  If you’re looking for a cool new musical instrument, I see a ton of creative possibilities in this one.

decisions

There are so many decisions we make in life, yet all are from a place of ignorance. Now there is a song idea just waiting for some attention.

Inglas turn

Inglas “Caruso” also received a couple of plays on Radio Paradise Listener Review Channel over the last couple of days. So far, both “42 Shades” and “Inglas” are both batting 100% of listener approval. Of course, it’s still early… and of course, the votes don’t really determine whether or not they make the playlist… that is only determined by the two people in charge. Time will tell.

Had some good ideas for a new project over the last few days… a very visual idea. I’m sure it will develop more over time… as it develops I’ll write more about it.

It’s looking like Michael Nold and I will indeed work on a new project together as well. Obviously, we’re only in the beginning stages, but I’ll let you know how things are going.

FYI, you can now find the music of Liquid State on Last.fm. Soon you will find Inglas and some of my other projects there as well. Next up? Pandora, KCRW, and I’m going to send some CDs to some local bay area shows that make sense. If you have ideas on some good outlets for my music, let me know, eh?

A play on Radio Paradise this morning

Well, I submitted a few of my songs to Radio Paradise a couple of days ago… and I turn on the Listener Review Channel to hear my own “State Unsteady” by 42 Shades of Grey. NICE! Very cool!

If you are a Radio Paradise listener, and you hear me on the LRC, gimme a nice vote… here’s hoping I make the playlist!

Inglas “Intelligent Design” released for download

I just put up the Nimbit store for the new Inglas CD “Intelligent Design.” Check out the music page, there is a TON of new music to listen to from my three new releases:

- Inglas “Intelligent Design”… Rick Escobar and I took Michael Nold’s excellent songs and put them through an electronic musical blender.

- Liquid State “Late Bloom”… Jennifer Wilde and I expounding on life and loves lost and found, an acoustic based sound with cello and well placed synths.

- warrenpeece “Educated Guest”… John Rose and I, pounding out a CD in the 29 days of February, a mix of electronic sounds, guitars, and vocals… a game of audio ping pong between us.

Right now my my “music” page (click link to the right) you can buy two of my three March 2008 releases… Liquid State “Late Bloom” and warrenpeece “Educated Guest.” In a couple of days I should also have the Inglas CD “Intelligent Design” ready to sell as well. This has been a very productive time for me, and I’m happy to release so much music!

As a result of the new Nimbit store I discovered, I will be releasing music as it comes now… including music that may not be part of any of my numerous projects. It’s great to have the freedom to release music however I want…

So visit the music page and have a listen to the music! Buy a song/full CD/whatever sounds good to you, and thanks for visiting my page.
